In the AAA division, real baseballs are used, umpires work the games, scores and standings are kept and there is a post-season tournament. Players are placed on a team through a player evaluation
and draft process. They must go through the draft process the next season even if they remain in the same division.
AAA teams are generally comprised of mostly 10-11 year old players. Exceptional 9 year olds with a season of Farm league under their belt could make the jump to AAA. 12 year olds with little
baseball experience are also eligible to play AAA.
