2012 registration is now closed.  Any latecoming players will have to register directly at tryouts.

   

*BIRTH CERTIFICATES ARE REQUIRED AT REGISTRATION FOR ALL NEW MEMBERS*
A copy or an original must be presented before the player may be assigned to a team. No Exceptions!!


All registration dates will be held at Park Place Middle School in the Commons.

Sky Valley Little League offers the following:
(A Player must be 5 years old by April 30, 2012 to be eligible to play T-ball and Baseball and December 31 of the previous year for Girls Fast-Pitch Softball.)

T-Ball Ages 5-6
Baseball Ages 7-18
Girls Fast-Pitch Softball Ages 7-16

Registration + Fundraiser* Fees  (Payable at the time of Registration)


No more online or mail registrations will be accepted.  Additional registrations must be completed at a tryout event, and a $15 late fee will apply. 

Age 5-6 $50  $65+ $ 25 = $ 90
Age 7-8 $95  $110+ $ 25 = $135
Age 9-12 $105 $120+ $ 25 = $145
Age 13-16 $115 $130+ $ 25 = $155
Age 17-18 $215 $230+ $ 25 = $255

$5 discount for each additional family member, $265 $280 ceiling for registration fees per family.


Sky Valley Little League Fundraising Information 2012:
Sky Valley Little League will be having our 10th annual gift basket fundraiser to help raise money to support our Little League. Each team will be responsible for assembling a gift basket. A drawing will be held to determine the winner of each team’s basket.

All players will participate in the fundraiser by donating an item to the team basket and will receive 25 raffle tickets. Fundraiser money ($25) will be collected at registration. Tickets can then be sold for $1 with the players retaining the proceeds.

 

SKY VALLEY LITTLE LEAGUE REFUND POLICY

·         The Sky Valley Little League incurs cost for each registration that is not included in the registration fee.  Even though these costs may be passed onto the registrant during registration, they are non-refundable.

·         If it is determined prior to the start of the season that the registrant does not reside within the league’s boundaries, the registrant will only be entitled to receive a refund on the registration and fundraiser fees only.

·         If for any reason the registrant decides to withdrawal their registration prior the draft or practice season, the registrant will only be entitled to receive a refund on the registration and fundraiser fees only.

·         If for any reason the registrant decides to withdrawal their registration once practices have begun and prior to the start of the regular season, the registrant will only be entitled to receive a refund on the registration fee only.

·         If for any reason, the registrant decides to withdrawal their registration once the regular season has begun and prior to mid-season, the registrant will only be entitled to receive up to a 50% refund on the registration fee only.

·         If for any reason, the registrant decides to withdrawal their registration after mid-season, the registrant will NOT be entitled to receive a refund.

All refunds must be approved by Sky Valley Little League board prior to distribution.
